Jr. Dribblers Practices & Games

Program begins in early November and concludes in early February.  Participants in the K5, 1st and 2nd grade program will take part in two weeks of instructional skills and drill sessions prior to games being played.  During each practice session, participants will be watched to build rosters evenly.  Teams will play games on the other five dates.

The intent of the Jr. Dribblers program is to provide kids an introduction to basketball in a fun-filled atmosphere.  Teams may be picked differently to blend the kids each game day to provide a structured open-gym experience.

Jr. Pirates Practices & Games

Season begins in early November and concludes in early February. Participants in the 3rd through 6th grade program will take part in two weeks of instructional skills and drill sessions prior to teams being formed. During each practice session, participants will be rated. The goal is to split the talent as evenly as possible. We do not have a draft or take into account car pools for building our rosters.

Teams will play double-headers on each league game date.  A total of (8-10) games will be played.  The season concludes with the Jr. Pirate Tournament with everyone getting another two games minimum.
